ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a seasoned Brand & Content Leader to take the reins while our current Head of Brand & Content is on maternity leave. You’ll steer the ship across strategy, execution, and cross-team collaboration — ensuring PlayPlay’s voice, vision, and visibility stay sharp.
This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives while managing a team of talented creatives, freelancers, and stakeholders.

MISSIONS 💪

    • Lead PlayPlay’s Brand & Content strategy: content marketing, thought leadership, product comms, video content, and social media.
    • Manage freelancers & content ops to keep content production smooth & on-brand.
    • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging & drive impact.
    • Maintain PlayPlay’s social presence, with a focus on LinkedIn (employee advocacy).
    • Own industry news tracking: curate & share a weekly News Report with global teams (content, video, social, AI, B2B SaaS).

Key Projects for the 6-Month Missions 🎯

    • Create PlayPlay’s first proprietary Benchmark Report — from ideation to publication.
    • Oversee the Resource Hub launch: ensuring content, UX, and messaging hit the mark.
    • Develop a master presentation on internalizing video creation — to fuel Webinars, content narrative and event presentations for prospects and customers.
    • Support the Brand & Content team on PlayPlay V4 messaging and a Homepage revamp.
    • Ensure smooth People Operations: from team rituals to content process optimization.
    • Be the Brand & Content voice in cross-team projects, representing vision & standards.
    • Prepare the groundwork for the 2026 Brand & Content Strategy: insights, priorities, and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS

    • 8+ years in Content, Brand, or Marketing leadership roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
    • Strong strategic vision with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
    • Proven experience managing multi-format content (written, video, social).
    • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders.
    • Obsessed with quality, consistency, and smart distribution.
    • Bonus points for video marketing experience (or strong opinions about it).
