The Project Manager will be responsible for engaging with multiple departments to ensure that project goals and timelines are met. This position will be deeply involved throughout the project lifecycle and is expected to take personal responsibility for keeping projects on track. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop feasible project plans that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and align with the organization’s overall business strategy.
- Responsible for gathering, designing and documenting details for success.
- Provide analysis, definition and direction in support of the project activities.
- Act as the primary contact for technology, reporting, system integration and process related analysis.
- Follow up with internal associates to manage project deliverables.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to communicate direction and assignments of work to be completed.
- Gather day-to-day functional details to assist with decision making.
- Develop plans from collaborative discussions with team members for completing phases and major activities of the project.
- Communicate progress, issues and risks to the lead project manager and senior leadership regularly as part of status discussions.

What You'll Bring To The Table:
- Project management, business analysis or working on a project in a role responsible for driving progress forward.
- Managing vendors and their deliverables
- Experience in the Mortgage/Finance industry
- MS Office; Basic level knowledge of how to use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
- Organized
- Analytical ability
- Work collaboratively with others to complete work
- Ability to prioritize work
- Able to understand a process for managing or completing work and adhering to that process
- Take initiative to find ways to get work done when a clear path is not present.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to take direction
- Able to work with Senior Leadership
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
