About the role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as a Manager of Strategy Execution, responsible for supporting Plenti’s growth by shaping and guiding the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, with strong project management and problem-solving skills, capable of turning big ideas into actionable plans.
Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy Execution, you will play a critical role in driving prioritisation and delivery of critical projects across Plenti’s business.
This role sits at the center of a new and exciting business unit at Plenti, presenting significant scope for professional development and growth as Plenti continues to scale. This role offers a diversity of responsibilities spanning strategy development, internal relationship management, change management and project execution.

Key responsibilities:

Support Plenti’s strategic planning
 Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine Plenti's ongoing corporate strategy

Translate strategy into actionable plans
Create and leverage tools and processes to translate the company’s strategic objectives into actionable and prioritised delivery plans that assign clear ownership, timelines and success metrics

Drive high quality project delivery
Proactively manage resources, stakeholders and risks to ensure that key projects and initiatives deliver targeted outcomes on time and within budget
Champion a culture of accountability and results-oriented execution, embedding processes, tools, and behaviours that drive consistent delivery against strategic goals

Define and track performance metrics
Partner with business leads and product managers to design and implement KPIs and OKRs aligned with the strategic goals, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting to assess progress and identify when to course-correct

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Build strong relationships across Plenti’s teams to ensure effective collaboration, help align teams with the strategic objectives, and optimise resource utilisation


What we are looking for:

At least 3-5 years experience in a strategy, change management or professional services role, with experience in financial services or a high growth startup environment a plus
Commercially minded, with a familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
Effective project manager with experience in delivering project outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Very strong communication, time management and organisational skills
Confident, clear and informative written communicator and presenter
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to develop and manage relationships across at all levels across the business
