We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to scale our digital marketing campaigns for business growth. The focus will be to optimise the acquisition funnel to grow sales.

Reporting to our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be capable of taking the initiative and able to work independently. You will be used to getting things done and be open to trying new things, testing and learning with everything you do.

We’re a small team so you’ll not only work closely with the sales and product team across all aspects of the marketing mix but also have exposure to all levels of the organization.

About you

You're a technical person who likes to spend time on the tools and understand the importance of developing and actioning SEO content creation/marketing and running paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Affiliates) to drive business results. You're eager to drive growth with everything you do and work directly with your team members and internal stakeholders to get the job done. Whilst you may not have hands-on experience across all channels, we’d still like you to apply if our not strong in a couple of areas.

Finally, you thrive under pressure and know how to allocate your time and the time of others to ensure the most important actions are taken to deliver true value. 

Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and content strategies for the website.
•Own and manage the website for content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions in target keywords and recommend changes to website UX.
•Great communication and copywriting skills.
•Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign optimisation techniquesExperience with analytics and expertise in using data to inform marketing strategies.
•You will own and manage the website to develop the product page designs and creatives with responsibility for driving conversion rate optimisation.
•Plan and execute all digital channel activity including paid search and affiliates, either directly or working with agency partners and key contractors.
•Provide reporting and analysis to senior management on the various growth initiatives you manage and progress against sales targets.

Your Profile

•2+ years experience in the digital marketing space with proficient knowledge across multiple digital marketing tactics.
•Proven track record of growing acquisition through executing strategy, new ideas and persistent experimentation to deliver results.
•You are data-driven, detail-driven and technically enthused.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems in an organized way.
•Experienced with marketing and tech tools (Google Adwords, Meta, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Lookerstudio).High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done.
