 What's the opportunity?
 
You will work closely with the Personal Lending & Automotive Lending sales teams as well as relevant product and operations teams to drive, develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy and initiatives that promote our consumer products to our customers. What will you be doing?
 
You will be working closely with the product marketing manager and channel leaders to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with growth objectives and drive initiatives across a broad spectrum of marketing activity including:
 
Product marketing campaigns: Create and execute communication campaigns and where needed press releases for new product launches, feature enhancements and updates, product pricing changes and sales team changes and other Plenti updates relevant to our broker audience
 
Sales Enablement: Assist BDMs and team leads to create collateral to effectively sell our personal & automotive loan products, including sales presentations, email templates, brochures and pricing sheets
 
Broker Engagement: Create and execute campaigns across digital, print or experiential channels to engage and retain new and existing finance brokers,, including developing broker segments, loyalty programs, and customer feedback mechanisms
 
Performance Analysis: In collaboration with relevant operations and data teams, monitor and analyze product marketing performance metrics, including engagement rates, customer feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
 
Product Strategy: Work closely with the sales and product team to understand our personal lending & automotive lending product features, benefits, and target audience, and contribute to product strategy as appropriate
 
What we are looking for...
 
• 3+ years of experience in a similar strategic campaign management role, either B2B or direct to consumer. 
•Hands on ability to deliver effective email marketing campaigns with an understanding of best practice delivery, reporting and optimisation. 
•Ability to proactively problem-solve, managing competing priorities, escalating risks and roadblocks, to ensure timely resolution of tasks.
•Excellent communication skills with the confidence in articulating strategic recommendations and performance strategies to key stakeholders
•Demonstrated abilities in project management, to ensure reliable delivery of campaigns
•Possess strong technical abilities of marketing platforms - ActiveCampaign or similar (Braze, Iterable, customer i.o)
•HTML coding experience is essential to adjust existing templates. Adobe Suite experience preferred but not essential 
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making
