What's the opportunity?
 
The Head of People and Culture will play a pivotal role in recruiting key talent, shaping and nurturing our company culture and championing the development and well-being of our Plentineers.
 
What will you be doing?
 
•Lead the identification and recruitment of senior roles across both our Sydney and Adelaide offices, based on a strong understanding of the commercial drivers of each business area
•Help drive the cohesive, high-performance culture across all business activities
•Work with senior leaders to build a dynamic but supportive culture that promotes individual growth and advancement and maximises retention of talent across the business to help foster the next generation of leaders
•Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to meet business objectives and drive results.
•Lead a small P&C business partner team, with team members is Sydney and Adelaide
•Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are integrated into everything we do
•Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, support career growth, and drive a culture of continuous learning.
•Oversee employee engagement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to drive improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
•Stay current on industry trends, emerging best practices, and legislative changes.
•Act as a cultural ambassador always living and breathing Plenti’s values 
 
What we are looking for...
 
•At least 8+ years’ experience in recruitment and human resources related roles, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, people management and organisational development
•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels including the Executive Leadership team and Board
•Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex people-related and business challenges
•Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws/landscape, and regulations
•Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where all employees feel valued and empowered to succeed
•Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Previous team leadership experience preferred
•Degree qualified in a Human Resources discipline or related field.
