About the Role:

Reporting directly to our VP of Growth & Membership, in this role you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing comprehensive strategies to introduce new products or features to the market. This involves collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach across product, clinical, and marketing as well as timeline rollout of new products and features. In addition, this role will conduct market and customer research to understand customer needs and preferences and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product positioning and development. Through performance measurement and leveraging customer feedback, they continuously refine strategies to drive growth and enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities:

    • In this role, you will:

    • Product Go-to-Market (GTM) 
    • Design, implement, and run a reliable, cross-functional go-to-market engine for new markets, products, and features that ensures optimal growth outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, product management, and clinical, to ensure a unified approach to market launches.

    • Product Positioning and Messaging
    • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
    • Create a product positioning strategy that highlights the product’s unique value propositions to target audiences.

    • Market Research and Customer Insights
    • Conduct market research to gather insights about customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Identify target customer segments and understand their pain points and how the product addresses those needs.
    • Work closely with Product Managers to create and maintain systems that enable the collection and integration of customer feedback and market signals. 
    • Leverage customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain touchpoints to monitor customer feedback and experience with products, services, and programs.

    • Market and Competitive Analysis
    • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and potential threats or opportunities.
    • Provide direction to marketing teams on competitive positioning to inform marketing strategy.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams on market needs and competitive offerings to inform product strategy.
    • Provide feedback to the clinical team on telehealth trends and competitive offerings to inform the clinical care model.

    • Performance Measurement
    • Support VP of Growth with weekly, monthly, and quarterly measurement needs.
    • Work with the Data team to improve analytics pertaining to growth performance.
    • Recommend and provide consultation on growth strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Must-Haves:

    • Proactive problem solver capable of identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and iterating on strategies to drive results.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools including Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull meaning and insights from data.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive results cross-functionally.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create compelling decks, presentations, and memos.

Nice-to-Haves:

    • Degree or certification in marketing or business administration. 
    • Familiarity with the telehealth industry or healthcare sector.
$92,000 - $100,000 a year
