About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager - Website, to join our team at Plume! You will be responsible for the delivery and ownership of Plume’s website as a product; deeply collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Plume’s website meets the needs of our members, and Plume’s strategic goals. At Plume, Product finds itself at the intersection of various data telemetry. Product Manager responsibilities include product strategy development, market and user research, product lifecycle management, regulatory compliance and security, user experience and accessibility, performance measurement and optimization, and stakeholder management.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should be able to leverage your expertise to ensure that our members can seamlessly navigate and interact with our website in a way that enhances the user experience. The right candidate will bring a deep knowledge of HTML, and CSS, a high proficiency and understanding of UX/UI design principles, an understanding of Information Architecture, and a familiarity with E-commerce platforms. We’re searching for a strategic thinker who can envision what a product can become, and turn that into a reality that will make a meaningful difference in the user experience. Great candidates see challenges as opportunities, approach interactions with authenticity, and have a deep familiarity with the Transgender Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) spectrum of experiences. Responsibilities:

    • Own, deliver, and manage Plume’s website as a Product. Including the Member Portal, Buy Flow, User Experience, Search Engine Optimization, and Web Customer Satisfaction. 
    • Build and maintain trust amongst cross-functional teams and work to ensure all necessary viewpoints and stakeholders are considered in the Product. 
    • Effectively delegate and collaborate on meaningful tasks to ensure the Product team maintains focus and efficiency. 
    • Drive conversation rates in membership growth by owning and innovating the buy flow. This includes data entry, optimizing clicks and flow, and creating UX consistency. 
    • Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure Fee For Services (FFS) components are adequately represented in the website technology. 
    • Collaborate with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure non-clinical service membership offerings have meaningful representation on the website - leveraging your expertise with boy flow creation and UX/SEO definition.
    • Oversee the design of user-friendly and accessible interfaces for various user groups, including patients with diverse health conditions and healthcare providers with different technical proficiencies.
    • Incorporate user feedback and usability testing findings into product design and development processes.
    • Define KPIs for the product and monitor these metrics to evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Optimize the product based on analytics, user feedback, and operational performance data.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the product, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and updates.
    • Engage with providers, members, and payers to gather insights and build relationships that support product adoption and satisfaction.
    • Ensure that products comply with healthcare regulations and adhere to best practices in patient data privacy and security.

Must-Haves:

    • Over 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, ensuring a deep understanding of product lifecycle and strategy.
    • Proficiency in both front and back end Web Development
    • Demonstrated expertise in API integration
    • Direct experience in the healthcare industry, preferably at a startup.
    • Knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, UX/UI design, Information Architecture, and E-commerce. 
    • Comfortable with tools like G Suite, Looker, WordPress, and JIRA
    • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work
    • A passion for leveraging your expertise to transform healthcare for every trans life

Nice-to-Haves:

    • A Masters Degree in Business Administration
    • Previous experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community
$135,000 - $140,000 a year
