Pngme is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a data-driven and ambitious Demand Generation Marketer who will collaborate with our Marketing and Sales leads to own inbound sales generation in our key markets of Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana. As a key marketer in our Fintech organization, you will collaborate with marketing leads across strategy and be solely responsible for execution, reporting and optimization across all our sales channels. You must be data and process orientated, with the ability to test, iterate and scale successful acquisition channels quickly. The ideal candidate is creative, organized and has prior B2B2C program management experience, preferably in the finance sector.

This role has a direct impact on company growth and involves close collaboration with the leadership team. It is unique in its B2B2C scope and focus in emerging markets. You will have the opportunity to drive the acquisition strategy for cutting edge technology in new markets while owning a variety of channels to meet your goals. 

Responsibilities:
●Coordinating with the Head of Marketing and Sales team to define program strategy, objectives, effective reporting, and target audience segmentation to execute highly relevant campaigns
●Manage the development and execution of lead generation programs (including but not limited to search, display, email, paid social, ABM and content syndication) to drive demo requests, and optimize funnel conversion rates
●Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Content Lead in the execution of lead-nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel
●Analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue
●Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing Leadership to develop processes for pipeline strategy
●Work with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies and campaigns across key customer segments
●Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations

Requirements:
●4+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced technology companies
●Ability to work flexible working hours given our customers reside in African time zones
●Expertise with Hubspot and/or Salesforce marketing automation tools.
●Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost effective marketing campaigns with clear ROI focused metrics
●Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
●Experience in a predominantly sales-led, B2B2C company is a plus, given the majority of our growth will be through direct sales, with self serve coming into play in 2022
