About the Role:
As Senior Director, Product Management at PointClickCare, you will have the opportunity to drive some of our most critical growth and platform strategies. This role will lead product efforts across partnerships with HIEs and state agencies and overall multiple platform integration and migration efforts – helping to unify user experience while navigating complex, high-stakes relationships. This role will serve as the key product management partner to Market VPs, Engineering Leadership, and Executive Leadership on product priorities that are foundational to our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
Define and own the product strategy for defined scope, and coordinate across the portfolio to ensure roadmaps are aligned to company goals. Establish and drive toward long-term vision and make smart trade-offs. Strong systems thinking, market awareness, and ability to influence executive-level decisions.
People and Organization Leadership
Coach product management leaders and talent, driving engagement, retention, and performance management. Align teams to strategy and lead through change with clarity and empathy. Working knowledge of emerging AI tools for product management and product development; ability to coach teams on leveraging AI to accelerate discovery, prioritization, and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution
Work in lockstep with Engineering and UX leadership to empower product teams that can effectively deliver outcomes in an agile, product operating model. Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, State Directors/Market Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Finance, influencing to drive results and ensure product value propositions are well-understood and represented in the market. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influence skills—internally across functions and externally with partners and stakeholders. This includes mentoring, conflict resolution, executive presence, and the ability to drive alignment and consensus across diverse perspectives.
Market and Platform Acumen
A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a particular focus on healthcare trends and economics. Driven to continuously learn and understand internal and external customer needs and competitive landscape. Experience working with and applying healthcare interoperability standards.
Qualifications and Skills: (Required)
- 10+ years of SaaS Product Management experience
- Business, Computer Science, or healthcare-related degree
- Demonstrated mastery of outcome-driven product practices; discovery, opportunity assessment, experimentation, agile delivery, and post-launch learnings and iteration.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic partnerships or enterprise platform migration initiatives.
- Executive presence and the ability to credibly influence VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performing product management teams
Qualifications and Skills: (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with state agencies on large scale technical projects
- Experience working with Engineering to migrating platforms to cloud
$211,000 - $235,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $211,000 - $235,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
