The Role:
 One of the fastest growing companies in healthcare technology is seeking a highly motivated, determined, results-oriented program manager with a demonstrated track record of managing complex software implementations and rollouts from concept inception to program rollout completion.
 
In this role, you will oversee the work of multiple client services teams and team members. You will not  directly manage people, but instead are accountable for the on time, in scope, on budget work that the team is delivering. This role is a senior individual contributor, overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. You hold a leadership role on projects and are responsible for coordinating with other delivery team leaders to manage the distribution of client work amongst team members.
 
Who you’ll work with: 
As a Strategic Initiatives Manager on our Delivery team, you will be working with our Delivery teams (Support, Implementation, and Integration), as well as the Collective Product, Sales, and Clinical Success teams. 

What you’ll be doing day to day:

    • Manage system implementations, including client satisfaction, identification & escalation of risks, and development & execution of mitigation plans
    • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive scheduling, staffing plans, cost analyses and project reporting
    • Drive team members and other stakeholders to own the necessary delivery tasks and documentation, actions, status reporting and risk mitigation
    • Oversee day-to-day project and program deliverable execution, report status, manage risks and issues, track milestones and deliverables
    • Analyze contractual agreements to define the project scope, goals, timelines, milestones and deliverables, as well as provide oversight on delivery
    • Articulate the critical path milestones for implementation work and hold all parties accountable to the delivery timeframes
    • Analyze data to identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis, develop improvement plans, organize cross-functional teams and develop high-quality output for internal and external constituents to address identified issues
    • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal leadership and team leads across the organization

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven strong project management skills for complex programs
    • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
    • 5+ years of project or program mgt experience with a healthcare technology vendor
    • Proven client relationship management skills
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office products
    • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
    • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, adapting approach as needed for each engagement
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously
$48 - $53 an hour
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $48 - $53/hr. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
