**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Reporting to the Manager, Continuous Improvement, the Sr. Project Manager leads cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to deliver quality outcomes.
The Sr. Project Manager works closely with internal stakeholders to drive execution, assess business needs, and gather requirements.
Leveraging a multidisciplinary team, they lead the implementation of process improvements and technology solutions, including AI-enabled initiatives.
As a leader within Continuous Improvement, they act as the primary contact for project status, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, and partner with the OCIO/SDO to ensure strategic and technical alignment.
Proactively manage project scope, resources, issues, and risks to ensure successful delivery and alignment with Revenue Operations objectives, leveraging AI-driven tools and insights to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline resource allocation, and identify potential risks earlier.
Act as primary interface to business units and cross-functional teams during all phases of the project. Lead formal presentations to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise, and explicit manner.
Anticipate and address barriers to project success. Identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner. Escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate.
Partner with OCIO and other departments to ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Lead mid- to large-scale projects with some complexity and drive continuous improvement across Revenue Operations.
Minimum experience:
- Previous experience with Project Management including Scope, Financial, Schedule Management, Risk Mitigation, Change Management, and 360 Communication.
- Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict management.
- Team management skills aligning project resources to complete the scope of the engagement.
- Ability to work on complex implementations using innovative mindset and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile.
-PMP or Prince II designation an asset
-Post-secondary education in business or technology related field
$107,900 - $116,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canadian base salary range for this position is $107,900- $116,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
