**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: As this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: As this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

The Vice President, Strategic Delivery's primary responsibility is to assist in prioritizing and driving the company’s business transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. Responsible mobilizing and aligning cross-functional efforts throughout the development cycle, execute plans and deliverables, ensure organizational readiness, and manage the launch in a way that maximizes outcomes across all of PCC’s business units.

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to lead AI-powered initiatives, and will be responsible for driving adoption of AI technologies that enhance our business processes and drive innovation. This role will also drive cross-functional alignment, commitment, and collaboration to a shared AI powered transformation vision and priorities and champion organizational change management activities and ensure transformation success tied to the corporate OKR’s.

Works in conjunction with technology & business leaders and cross functional teams to successfully launch projects, interfacing with all levels of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead research and development efforts to advance AI capabilities within the organization.
    • Lead the intake and onboarding process for submissions to be governed by the SDO; Collaborate with responsible working group members to prioritize projects based on company objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
    • Actively participate in annual planning, governance & processes such as portfolio review board; Oversee resource capacity planning processes to support quarterly reforecasts and annual planning
    • Manage and deliver various internal initiatives as it relates to GTM activities, M&A Integrations, AI strategy, and drive change management efforts through growth and scale
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience in program management, product management, business operations or strategic planning in a SaaS Company.
    • Strategic critical thinker with strong judgment and customer centric mindset.
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

    • PCC product experience with existing (and past) PCC Customer interactions.
    • Post Acute industry experience.
$227,000 - $252,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $227,000 - $252,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
