Who you are:

You have 8+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, such as Chief of Staff, management consulting, program management, or senior operations and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry disrupting, SaaS company. You’ll report directly to the CEO, helping to tackle complex cross-functional opportunities.

What you’ll do:

    • Partner with the CEO and broader executive team to define, prioritize, communicate, and execute on strategic objectives across the organization. Lead quarterly planning process across teams.
    • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and with high degree of quality; work with the CEO on reporting across overall company deliverables.
    • Oversee high impact cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Develop and implement systems to track project progress, facilitate collaboration, and resolve roadblocks.
    • Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
    • Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and track the impact of initiatives over time.
    • Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products going to market.
    • Establish frameworks to measure progress against goals and foster a culture of accountability across teams.
    • Facilitate regular updates to leadership, providing insights into progress, challenges, and recommended actions.
    • Conduct follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and identify areas for improvement.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring alignment on outcomes.

What you have:

    • Proven track record of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and leveraging data for decision-making.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
    • Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
    • Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details when necessary.
    • Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
    • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to fostering accountability.
    • Collaborative leader with a strong focus on building relationships and driving alignment.
