You have 8+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, such as Chief of Staff, management consulting, program management, or senior operations and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry disrupting, SaaS company. You are excited to work with emerging technologies and modern tech stack with a collaborative team, where you will have a direct impact on Polly’s roadmap. You’ll report directly to the CEO, helping to tackle complex cross-functional opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with the CEO and broader executive team to define, prioritize, communicate, and execute on strategic objectives across the organization. Lead quarterly planning process across teams.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and with high degree of quality; work with the CEO on reporting across overall company deliverables.
- Oversee high impact cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement systems to track project progress, facilitate collaboration, and resolve roadblocks.
- Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
- Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and track the impact of initiatives over time.

What you have:

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details when necessary.
- Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Results-driven, proactive, and committed to fostering accountability.
