About The Role
Polymer Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Operations Lead with expertise in Web3 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the high-tech industry, with a deep understanding of Web3 concepts and applications. As a Senior Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic direction, influencing internal efficiencies, and expanding our presence in the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support the oversight of operational efficiency and effectiveness across teams, locally and globally, to enhance timely delivery on key initiatives and alignment with organizational goals
- Support the leadership team with the execution of special assignments and key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, partnerships, community growth, investor relations, and developer relations
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, interfacing with People, Finance, Legal, BD, Product, Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering
- Own short-term operational tasks independently while managing ongoing projects effectively
- Stay informed about the latest developments in Web3 and blockchain to optimize operational processes within this domain
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate team all-hands and offsites
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining processes based on feedback, data, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Able to evaluate opportunities from a pragmatic and framework driven perspective
- A clear communicator who maintains concise and transparent communication with all stakeholders
- Highly reliable and responsive
- Operationally excellent and well organized
- An owner who exhibits a high degree of responsibility and pride in their work
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in the high-tech industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within the Web3 or high-tech space
- Proficiency in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
