We are looking for an intermediate or senior-level full-stack software engineer.
Pontoro is looking to make large infrastructure project finance assets available to more investors across the globe. We are an early stage fintech startup looking for people who want to help us democratize infrastructure investing.
This is a full-time employee position with the opportunity for geographically distributed remote work. #LI-Remote
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work across the full stack, enabling positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Collaborate with Product to iteratively build and enhance the WebApp
- Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
- Drive development from conceptualization to deployment
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design including automating unit testing, task scheduling, data pipelining
- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of full-stack web development
- Experience building Front End for a WebApp from scratch
- Experience in the following frameworks:
- Typescript
- React/Angular
- Distributed Systems Experience
- Golang
- Monitoring
- Relational Databases, handling metadata, time-series data, and document (pdf) data, S3
- Kubernetes
- Relational Schema Design and Data Architecture
- Systems Design Experience

Prior early-stage startup experience in a fast-paced Agile environment is a must
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, or comparable experience
