Acquisition and Onboarding:
1. Evaluate potential vendors & fielders using developed and agreed on criteria to support alignment and understanding of the expectations and requirements of the engagement
2. Manage communication with vendors in acquiring new vendors or termination of the relationship
3. Manage onboarding of all production solutions and vendors, including necessary documentation, where appropriate
The specific scope of support but not limited to:
1. On-board all acquisition 3rd party vendors/ fielders
2. On-boarding all-new 3rd party vendors/fielders for existing markets
3. Communicate with 3rd party vendors/fielders to collect & process validation documents
4. Update vendor information in the vendor management system
5. Helping vendors and their employees with login/password issues and training them on systems (supplemented by videos)
Qualifications:
High-level communication skills.
-Proficient in speaking conversational English (phone).
-Proficient in writing conversational English (text & email).
-Provide clear and legible communication on all platforms.
High-level customer service skills.
-Perceptive on what’s going on the people from both field and production
-Create and build new relationships with clients and service providers.
High attention to sensitive details.
High level of personal organization.
-Work orders come in at a high volume.
-Reviewing invoices
Must be flexible and adapt to change.
-Our portion of the business is very fast-paced and our supporting processes are forever changing to be more efficient.
Must be a TEAM player.
-This team is very tight-knit and operates based on awesome teamwork.
-Team skills are a must for a high volume of tickets and endorsements as it usually takes a number of specialists to resolve one issue.
-Willingness to accept constructive criticism and help others when needed.
