DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Client Ops Scope
What agent will handle:
- ORS Case Handling/Completion
- Renewals Handling/Completion
- Collections/Evictions Handling/Completion
- Accounting Owner Inquiry and reporting: owner statement, rent roll report, payout report (owner disbursement detail)
- All Owner Calls (assigned in the system)
 
Maintenance/Turn/Leasing SLA Oversight
What agent won’t handle
- Leasing Handling/Completion
- Turns Handling/Completion
- Maintenance Handling/Completion
- Accounting
- Backend accounting such as owner payout
- Accounting-related bottleneck, the portfolio manager is expected to push the resolution/delay through a quick daily sync with the accounting team/poc.
