PopSockets is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Design/Development Coordinator to support our product development process from Design Lock to Production. This role is essential in bridging design, development, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless communication and on-time delivery of product specifications and related assets.

Responsibilities
- Spec Creation & Handoff:
- Collaborate closely with designers to finalize product specifications. Own the preparation and handoff of spec packages post-review for production readiness.
- Development Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and factory partners. Manage communication, track development progress, and adjust timelines as needed to ensure key milestones are met.
- Project Tracking (Monday.com):
- Maintain Project Management/workflow tracking (Monday.com), ensuring tasks are completed, deliverables are uploaded, and progress is accurately tracked across all active SKUs.
- Documentation & File Management:
- Coordinate with the Document Control team to hand off completed specifications and ensure all product information is accurately archived and accessible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Design, factories, packaging,Ops teams to align development timelines and address any issues that arise during the handoff or production pha
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, required).
- Familiarity with project management tools—experience with Monday.com is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
