About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead visual storytelling across both print and video for a global brand. You will combine creative vision with hands-on execution, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of aesthetics, brand consistency, and technical quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of moodboards, style frames, treatments, and visual language including color, composition, and overall art direction. Translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives across both print and video.
- Collaborate effectively across departments, including creative, marketing, production, and external vendors, to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Stay ahead of global visual trends, translating insights into actionable creative strategies.
- Balance creative direction and execution, building a compelling vision while ensuring all deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
- Oversee final outputs, ensuring alignment with creative intent, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.
- Has a keen eye and is able to deliver entertaining, premium and (importantly) fun content storytelling that allows us to express our global brand.
- Partners most closely with studio team to develop in-house studio capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Visual Arts, Design, Photography, Advertising, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or leading visual creative projects within branding, advertising, fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Need information on how they will prepare for and lead creative on photo/video shoots (need experiences on set, understand all aspects of photo shoots including styling/talent/lighting, etc.)
- Digital to print and photo experience
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from concept ideation to final delivery, for global campaigns.
- Proficient in both print and video creative production, with hands-on execution skills.
- Familiarity with modern creative tools and workflows, including AI, 3D, and motion graphics.
- Strong responsibility, execution skills under pressure, and ability to maintain high-quality output.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills; international work experience or study abroad is a plus.
¥20,000 - ¥25,000 a month
