The  GTM Manager will spearhead the development and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies for PopSockets' stylish phone solutions. This role is pivotal in defining the interaction with the rest of the organization, ensuring flawless execution of product launch strategies, and building project management processes. The successful candidate will be a strong, assertive driver capable of operating with agility under conditions of ambiguity, pushing back when necessary to steer the organization towards success.

Responsibilities:

    • Process Development: Build project management processes from the ground up, establishing company launch calendars and a time dependency model for key activities; tracking progress against milestones.
    • Launch Execution: Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring all elements are aligned for a successful market entry. This includes sales training, marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and customer feedback loops.
    • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand target customer segments, competitive landscape, and market trends. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging for launch.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies. Lead cross-functional teams through product launch processes focusing on commercialization.
    • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning statements that resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of product launches, utilizing metrics and feedback to adjust strategies as necessary. Achieve key performance indicators related to market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or related roles, preferably in the consumer electronics/fashion/beauty industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving market growth.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse team members and stakeholders.
$100,000 - $110,000 a year
20% bonus potential
