The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to grow the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation.

This role represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of pro-actively driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies working across multiple service lines. The Vice President, Sales Enablement should be prepared to work within a small, collaborate team environment to manage discrete work streams and support relationship development.

Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of Coverage in developing and implementing a best-in-class GTM function
    • Leverage market research to formulate coverage strategies, account prioritization and planning
    • Conduct research and analysis that leads team members to new business development opportunities
    • Prepare team members for interactions, meetings and pitches
    • Formulate GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop related dashboards in conjunction with Data Analytics (DA) team
    • Prepare and present monthly GTM KPIs
    • Perform account identification and management by managing outreach cadence, determining sales enablement / account coverage KPIs and reporting to those KPIs
    • Leverage dashboard data to continuously improve GTM strategies
    • Own the customer relationship management (CRM) system - Intapp - including but limited to continuous improvement, data integrity and ongoing configuration enhancements
    • Partner with the Director, Marketing on strategic projects and initiatives
    • Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings
    • Support firm development efforts
    • Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program
    • Located or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or New York
    • Interested in a team-based culture that involves in office four days per week
    • Five plus years of experience in a similar role
    • Highly proficient in Excel and  Business intelligence / KPI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and / or Qlikview
    • Experience with Intapp and / or DealCloud is preferred
    • Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
    • High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives
    • Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting
    • Eagerness to be responsive at all times
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
    • Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
$120,000 - $160,000 a year
The City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
