In this role you will have the opportunity to establish, implement and continuously improve marketing strategies building the function from the ground up. 

The Marketing Manager will work alongside the Managing Partner, service line leaders and external marketing partners to develop and implement the firm’s foundational marketing strategy. Areas of focus will include service line development, content creation, lead generation, external communications, public relations, client event management, website management and social media management. Ultimately the Marketing Manager will become the firm’s chief brand ambassador ensuring the firm’s brand is clearly and consistently represented across all internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partnering with the Managing Partner, service line leaders and external marketing partners to develop brand narrative and guidelines, define service lines, service line offerings and competitive positioning
    • Project managing all facets of marketing including...
    • Content strategy and copywriting management including but not limited to marketing materials, service line collateral and thought leadership
    • Lead generation management including but not limited to generating leads across restructuring, performance improvement, investment banking and transaction advisory services practice lines
    • External communications management including but not limited to formulating and implementing an external communications strategy that engages the firm’s vast network of prospective and former clients and referral sources on an ongoing basis ensuring the firm is top of mind and all contacts apprised of the firm’s capabilities, growth and accomplishments
    • Public relations management including but not limited to identifying and seizing opportunities to build brand awareness and highlight the firm’s unique perspectives through public relations opportunities including paid and unpaid media
    • Event management including but not limited to partnering with the Managing Partner and service line leaders to plan and implement unique client event experiences
    • Website management including but not limited to improving and maintaining the firm’s website to better feature services, capabilities, qualifications, and recognition
    • Social media management including but not limited to establishing and implementing the firm’s social media strategy and content calendar 


    • Bachelors’ degree required, preferably in an applicable field of study including but not limited to English, journalism, creative writing, communications, marketing and/or public relations
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience, marketing experience in professional services, creative agency or production house experience required
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • Strong desire to be a part of and contribute to the growth of a high performing team dedicated to unfettered individual and firm level achievements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
    • Eagerness to be responsive at all times
    • Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail
