To capitalize on the growth and enable the firm’s expansion the Relationship Coordinator will play a key operational role within the organization. In this role you will have the opportunity to establish, implement and continuously improve the firm’s business development strategy.

The Relationship Coordinator will work alongside the Managing Partner and service line leaders to continuously improve business development strategies, develop / manage relationship mapping, manage customer relationship management (“CRM”) processes and systems, implement business development related standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) and develop / report on key performance indicators (“KPIs”). Ultimately, the Relationship Coordinator, in partnership with the Marketing Manager, will become the overarching operational engine behind all business development efforts. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Developing an extensive knowledge of key relationships and referral sources across sponsors, lenders, lawyers and investment banks to support opportunity triangulation and intelligent opportunity pursuits
    • Conducting analysis and interpreting the data to continuously improve business development strategies
    • Overseeing and facilitating the execution of business development methodologies and ensuring SOP compliance
    • Developing, regularly monitoring and reporting on CRM KPIs
    • Supporting weekly business development meetings
    • Managing all aspects of the CRM system including but not limited to product development roadmap formulation and execution, site refinement prioritization and execution, system integrations, SOP management and execution, CRM training development and maintenance, CRM training facilitation and CRM Quality Assurance (“QA”) & Quality Control (“QC”) 
    • Serving as the liaison to the CRM provider maintaining a deep understanding of new releases, new features and opportunities for site enhancements


    • Bachelors’ degree
    • 3+ years business development and / or CRM experience in a professional services, corporate or agency environment
    • Appreciation for the value of data analytics and ability to uncover insights that will help drive business growth
    • Experience in DealCloud / Intapp a plus
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects
    • Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment
    • Strong desire to be a part of and contribute to the growth of a high performing team dedicated to unfettered individual and firm level achievements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
    • Eagerness to be responsive at all times
