Your Impact at Porter
Responsibilities:
• Leverage Terraform to deploy continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines across AWS environments and regions.
• Familiarity with Cloud Formation Templates
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support blue/green and canary deployments.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure systems are resilient across AWS availability zones.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Automate security controls, data, and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on DevSecOps best practices and tools.

What You'll Need
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Terraform for deploying CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including availability zones and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing blue/green and canary deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes and tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in a DevSecOps environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
