Software Engineering Manager

As a Software Engineering Manager at Posh, you'll be managing and building a team focused on developing and maintaining a robust and scalable software suite that powers all of our customers' bots and dashboards. Our platform supports sophisticated analytics on chatbot interactions, chatbot content management, and the power to manage and customize chatbot deployments.

Note: Except for TN-1 visa sponsorships, we are not currently sponsoring US work visas. Otherwise, candidates must have minimum 2 years of future US work authorization.

Things you'll do

    • Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of high-caliber software engineers
    • Make sound architecture decisions, preferably using microservices
    • Contribute individually features, embracing the role of player-coach
    • Collaborate closely with product and design
    • Champion technology investment and translate the value for business stakehoolders
    • Passionate about building high quality code and engineering culture
    • Use technologies like React, Webpack, Kubernetes, Typescript, Node.js, GraphQL, Apache Beam, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, and more
