How You Will Make an Impact

Who You Are
- Experienced Engineer: 6+ years in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems; proficient in TypeScript and React
- Technical Leader: 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
- Architectural Expertise: Skilled in designing scalable, robust systems and anticipating implementation challenges.
- Database Proficient: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance..
- Product-Minded: Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions with a "get things done" attitude.
- Adaptable: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and a team player who positively influences others.
- Advocate for Quality: Committed to writing clean, testable code and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience building high-performing, scalable architectures—not just theoretical knowledge.
