Posh is the leading provider of Conversational AI to Credit Unions and Community Banks, but only 1%-2% use any conversational AI product. We're looking for exceptional person to tell the world about what we do and generate revenue. This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge Conversational AI startup that is growing quickly! This role reports to our VP of Strategic Growth and should expect to work closely with our CEO/Cofounder.

What you will do

    • Drive revenue by acquiring net new accounts, starting in the financial services vertical 
    • Meet and/or exceed sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Lead all sales pitches and product demos in a consistently compelling manner with a consultative approach that seeks to comprehensively understand key business drivers
    • Educate yourself about Conversational AI and the intricacies of our products in order to field highly technical questions during and after sales pitches 
    • Own the end-to-end sales funnel supported by our BDRs at prospecting and by our VP of Strategic Growth & CEO at the close and negotiations.
    • Be the internal “Voice of the Customer” to help us evolve our product offering and sales strategy 
    • Forecast and report sales activity and metrics to management and Customer Success leads 
    • Educate prospects about upcoming customer deployments, integrations, product enhancements, strategic partnerships and company events

What you should bring

    • 2+ years direct experience in an outside sales role focused on new new customer acquisition, preferably in the FinTech or financial services space
    • Contacts at credit unions and banks preferred and deep familiarity with banking cores and online banking systems a tremendous plus
    • History of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas 
    • Comfort leading a highly technical pitch and fielding intricate questions about our product’s backends and integration capabilities 
    • Ability to connect interpersonally with prospects while pitching and introducing them to our products 
    • Experience in best practices of using a CRM with direct experience with Hubspot a plus 
    • Hungry with a true hunter mentality and extreme passion for sales; excited to take our company to the next level through exponential revenue growth 
    • Detail-orientation, hyper-organized and skilled at documenting all sales activity
