Our Talent team is crucial for the success of our company. We partner directly with senior leadership to shape the future of Posh. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in executing Posh's strategy of building a diverse and representative team, capable of accelerating our already-rapid growth and widening our product advantage over competitors. You will own multiple roles, from inception to close, ensuring iterative processes and creative approaches to sourcing. At Posh, we are smart, self-motivated, and continuous learners.

You Will:

    • Embrace your entrepreneurial mindset; considering business-wide impact while building our company through the hires you make 
    • Partner with leadership to understand our hiring roadmap and fill technical and non-technical roles
    • Utilize creative sourcing approaches to ensure a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
    • Represent Posh and our values while interacting with candidates, stakeholders, and vendors  
    • Elevate our talent brand and talent brand strategy


    • 3+ years of experience owning full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of roles
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment (Bonus points for past start up experience)
    • Strong sourcing skills and understanding of industry standard tools
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; especially when crafting company narratives
    • An interest in  Talent Strategy, Brand, and Talent-Business Partnership
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
