Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters. Under the direction of the VP of Business Development, Partnerships & Brands, the Digital Marketing, Manager will manage the development, implementation and coordination of digital and social media strategies to support business objectives. This role will also actively manage our content management system and develop G4 dashboards to measure and assess the effectiveness of our website, social and paid media efforts.

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.  Master’s Degree in a related field us a plus (Marketing, Business, Public Health)
    • Five (5) to Eight (8) years of digital marketing with analytic experience required.
    • Expertise in various Martech tools and applications including but not limited to SEO/SEM; CMS (Django experience a plus); Social; CRM and G4 Analytics required.
    • Experience buying digital media preferred
    • Minimum3 (three) years of experience in project management capabilities required
    • Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred  
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required. 
    • Ability and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County.
    • Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work.
    • If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid CA driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of CA vehicle code are required.

About the position:

    • Abortion patients are cared for at each of our health centers, and in part through the administrative, support, and other non-clinical services provided at all PPLA locations, and by all PPLA employees. Supporting these critical services is an essential job duty, and a fundamental responsibility of all employees and contractors.
    • Along with the VP of Business Development, Partnerships &Brand, create, implement and maintain digital media strategy for C3 across multiple channels.
    • Build and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness and consideration along the funnel
    • Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, media buying and tracking, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review
    • Create and develop assessment tools to measure impact and effectiveness of creative, targeting, and channel to analyze and improve performance.
    • Utilize analytics to evaluate and improve end-to-end target audience experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints.
    • Project manage and coordinate digital campaign/projects operational efforts across channels, including managing agency and vendor relationships
    • Audit existing CMS platform and location pages to implement plan to enhance brand, consumer growth and information about service lines and programs.
    • Actively manage content management system including regularly refreshing content across channels while optimizing UX across channels.
    • Ensure brand consistency in trademark, design, and tone.
    • In collaboration with Patient Services leadership, develop targeted campaign to increase visibility on specific services.
    • Drive influencer concepts and activations across social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.) using best practices to drive awareness and engagement authentically.
    • Along with the VP of Business Development, Partnerships & Brand manage the digital marketing budget and process purchase orders for vendors
    • Research and implement new marketing technology in the agency to assist with agency’s marketing goals. 
    • Hybrid schedule available after 90-days

    • Hiring Range: $125,620 - $146,556 (Exempt)
