Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is the national umbrella organization for the nation’s leading network of women’s health care providers, educators, and advocates, serving women, men, teens and families. Planned Parenthood Action Fund is the advocacy and political arm of PPFA. For over 100 years, Planned Parenthood has done more than any other organization in the United States to improve women’s health and safety, prevent unintended pregnancies, and advance the right and ability of individuals and families to make informed and responsible health care decisions.  

PPFA and Action Fund seek a dynamic, creative, and effective Program Manager, Latinx Campaigns who will report to the Associate Director of Latinx Campaigns to provide valuable insight and research on the values, concerns, and challenges of Latinx communities that will be used to create culturally sensitive and smart engagement strategies. The Program Manager, Latinx Campaigns will strengthen, execute, and grow PPFA’s Raiz / Action Fund’s Latinx Organizing Program through partnerships with local staff at PP affiliates and PP advocacy and political organizations, and program management. They will also support the execution of our national Latinx organizing strategies to win policy changes and build relationships across internal divisions and departments.


    • Work with Associate Director of Latinx Campaigns and Director of Constituency Campaigns to amplify the reality of health disparities in Latinx communities and integrate into state and national organizing strategies
    • Provide organizing assistance to Action Fund’s and Planned Parenthood Votes’ electoral campaigns and strategies for engaging Latinx communities in every election cycle
    • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure long-term engagement, resource building, and supporter growth among Latinx communities at the National & state/local levels
    • Provide technical assistance to affiliates/local advocacy organizations for planning and executing national and regional issues and skill-based conferences in organizing and advocacy
    • Coach local management to manage Latinx organizers, understand the nuances in local and regional Latinx communities, and develop a racial equity lens for Latinx engagement
    • Manage relationships with local organizers to achieve their yearly goals and deliverables, which includes driving local and state issue campaigns impacting the local Latinx community
    • Contribute to strategic planning, leadership development curriculum, and the creation of outreach materials for Raiz and Latinx Organizing Program
    • Manage the execution of trainings, conferences, and convenings to uplift Latinx experiences in partnership with cross-departmental stakeholders, including but not limited to Strategic Partnerships and Multicultural Communications
    • Manage and oversee a metrics-driven reporting system to track progress monthly and yearly with focus on rigorous quality-control measures of the Raiz and Latinx Organizing Program


    • 2-3 years of relevant experience working with communities of color in policy and/or electoral organizing, campaigns and initiatives
    • Strong racial analysis and equity lens within the progressive movement and workplace
    • Experience managing staff remotely
    • Knowledge of community and electoral organizing tactics, tools, and resources
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work autonomously and in teams including key partners
    • Metrics-driven approach to planning, evaluating, and reporting on progress
    • Computer literate, social media and technologically savvy
    • Ability to travel extensively to support specific, time-limited campaigns
    • Must be willing and able to work extended hours as needed
    • Strong knowledge of key reproductive health, rights, and justice issues impacting Latinx communities
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and the ability to support staff in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to resolve conflicts in a manner that respect relationships with colleagues and community partners
    • An adaptive leadership style, with the ability to problem-solve, navigate complex situations and relationships and take advantage of strategic opportunities
    • Commitment to coaching and developing highly skilled and talented local Public Affairs staff, as well as building the capacity and leadership of new organizers with compassion and care
    • Relationship-oriented, with the ability to develop authentic relationships built on trust and accountability
    • Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required
