Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports the independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates operating health centers across the U.S. Planned Parenthood Action Fund is an independent, nonpartisan, not-for-profit membership organization formed as the advocacy and political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. The Action Fund engages in educational, advocacy, and electoral activity, including grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education.

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund seek a Digital Campaigns Project Manager. This job reports to the Director of Digital Campaigns in the Communications and Culture Division of PPFA.

The Digital Campaigns Project Manager will provide functional, operational and administrative support on our digital campaigns work, specifically around team workflow, project management, vendor contract management, invoice and expense tracking, budget management, and other team efforts. The ideal candidate is high-energy, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, loves and understands good processes, learns quickly, has experience in digital content, and has a passion for social change.

Delivery : 
● Oversees the full life cycle of ongoing internal and cross-functional digital projects, ensuring that timelines, strategies, and workflows around content curation/strategy are implemented and aligned, and ladder back up to overarching strategy.
● Drive clear, compelling, and cohesive messaging and storytelling across all assets including social media and various digital campaigns.
● Secure and manage timing of deliverables, copy, concept, design, and delivery of assets, plans, and media.
● Juggle a large volume of work effectively, balancing extremely tight turnaround projects with long-lead work, ensuring that projects are on track and that supervisors and other staff are regularly updated about the status of projects.
● Leads team in development and organization of all project documentation and record-keeping.
● Provides quality control by ensuring the review process is completed consistently and fully.
● Lead and/or take notes in project meetings.
● Manages content creation workflow, asset collection, and organization.
● Serve as owner of project management software (Asana) for the Digital Campaigns team.
● Maintain vendor lists and contracts and track invoices for vendors, tools, and consultant staff.
● Help to administer contract(s) processes including requesting documents and supporting the team in execution.
● Assist in budget processes for the team not limited to expense tracking, payment processing for contracts, and financial reconciliation.

● Partner with the Director of Digital Campaigns and the other team leaders to serve as the primary operations liaison and day to day team workflow.
● Maintain and build solid working relationships with both internal and cross-functional teams.
● Prioritize, manage and move along multiple projects, anticipate project breakdowns, clarify needs to meet project goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): 
● 3-5 years of directly related work experience, including experience in creative production and project management
● Knowledge of digital content creation process / creative deliverables
● Administrative, Invoice processing and/or accounts payable experience
● Responsive and efficient; ability to organize and manage multiple projects at a time
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Collaborative work style; able to facilitate amongst diverse communities, teams and individuals
● Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how to utilize them
● Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Must be well organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
● Effective presentation skills and the ability to advocate for creative choices.
● Willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed

TRAVEL : 0-25% once COVID restrictions are lifted 
Salary range: $74,000-$79,000


Final offers for this job will be based on capabilities and will be made within the parameters of the PPFA compensation program. Total offer package to include generous vacation + sick leave + paid holidays, individual/family provided medical, dental and vision benefits effective day 1, life insurance, short/long term disability, paid family leave and 401k. We also offer voluntary opt in for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Transportation/Commuter accounts.
