Administrative Coordinator – Education Department
 
Planned Parenthood North Central States has an excellent full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefit package available for an Administrative Education Coordinator to join our team in Omaha, NE. The Administrative Education Coordinator is needed to provide administrative support for the Education department.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

·         Develop, manage and document systems to ensure that education communications and information is handled in a manner consistent with required standards.  Work with managers to assist in monitoring compliance of above standards and requirements.
·         Collect, compile and distribute written reports and data, including program statistics, participant numbers, budget information, etc.  Develop graphic presentations, maps, and other items as needed. 
·         Interface with other departments to facilitate the smooth transfer of information and appropriate responses to requests for assistance.
·         Maintain and distribute administrative forms and other manuals as they are developed; also, maintain archive systems.
·         Respond to requests for sexuality information and research from PPNCS staff, educators, medical providers, human service personnel, and the community at large.
·         Assist with other aspects of the Education Department including inventory, purchasing, marketing, and accounting.
·         Prioritize own workload and assist in the organization of Education leadership team workload.

This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Tentative schedule:  Monday through Friday 8a-5p.  

Job qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent
·         A minimum of three years of practical work experience is required
·         Must be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook products
·         Two-year degree in computer science, business or related field preferred
·         Experience with taking meeting minutes and conference/retreat planning beneficial
·         Background check required for employment
