Position Summary:
 Provide high-quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, including family planning, contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, and abortion care. Actively collaborate with health center staff to maintain a supportive and effective clinical environment. Adhere to PPLM, state, and federal protocols, including OSHA, CLIA, Title X, and MA Department of Public Health regulations

Candidates in this role will routinely travel to all 4 of the PPLM Health Centers. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct patient exams, procedures, and obtain informed consent
    • Interpret lab data, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-ups
    • Perform contraception procedures (IUDs, implants), STI screening and treatment
    • Provide medication abortion care, potentially also ultrasound, colposcopy, biopsies, and possibly LEEP based on clinic needs
    • Offer gender-affirming hormone therapy
    • Provide preconception counseling
    • Educate patients and supervise unlicensed staff during sessions
    • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in clinical audits
    • Frequent travel to all 4 PPLM Health Centers is required

Qualifications:

    • ✅ BA/BS degree required
    • ✅ 5–8 years experience preferred
    • ✅ Current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified
    • ✅ Expertise in sexual and reproductive health care
    • ✅ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse populations
    • ✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active throughout shifts

$53 - $53 an hour
This position is part of the collective bargaining unit
