STARTING ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $60,000

Position Description
Under limited supervision from the Director of Learning and Development, the Health Center Training Program Manager uses specialized knowledge and skills in adult learning, performance management and PPMI health center operations to create, implement and evaluate training processes and programs for PPMI health center staff. In partnership with Learning Systems Manager and Patient Care Leaders, ensures that all programs and systems create effective, efficient and high quality training experiences that promote continuous learning and overall staff and patient satisfaction. 
 
Essential Functions
·       Design, develop, facilitate and evaluate formal and informal learning solutions for non-licensed health center staff.
·       Partner with patient care leadership to understand and identify health center training needs and implement effective solutions.
·       Regularly assess and analyze training programs, as well as develop and/or recommend performance support systems that will result in increased effectiveness and/or efficiency and enable the achievement of strategic business goals.
·       Design job support tools to aid in staff compliance and/or the implementation of new programs or processes.
·       Serve as key business partner, providing regular consultative services to PPMI Patient Care leadership in the areas of learning and development as well as health center operations and service quality.
·       Partner with Quality, Risk and Compliance to ensure consistent practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
·       Partner with Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) team to ensure effective integration of electronic health record system training into broader job specific onboarding programs.
·       Regularly review and assess health centers to ensure consistent, high quality services and patient experiences.
·       Provide regular feedback and guidance to health center managers on quality and productivity improvement strategies and techniques.
·       Interpret, apply and recommend changes to organizational policies and procedures.
·       Assist with Learning Management System administration and provide end user support.
·       Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations.
·       Participate in special project teams and on various organization committees.
·       Maintain current knowledge in effective and efficient training and educational techniques designed for the adult learner.

·       Maintains currency in effective and efficient health center operations and quality improvement techniques.

Qualifications and Experience
Required
·       Knowledge of intermediate concepts, practices and procedures used in instructional systems design, training designed to engage the adult learner and evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of training programs
·       Skill in operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office
·       Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with other functional areas
·       Demonstrated commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission, vision and values
·       Minimum Degree Required:
o   Bachelor’s Degree         
o   Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
