Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey, Inc. is currently hiring call center representatives . As a call center representative, you will be answering calls, making appointments, obtaining insurance information, providing laboratory results, screening clients, verifying insurance coverage and providing information to clients.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience successfully handling high volume calls.
- Ability to communicate and manage change.
- Must be familiar with formats of online scheduling
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work productively and effectively under pressure
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Education (minimum requirement)
- High school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience.
- Must be customer service focused and possess good communication skills
- Bi-lingual candidates preferred (Proficient in speaking Spanish and English).

$18 - $20 an hour
