A non-profit reproductive healthcare organization seeks an experienced, innovative, and collaborative Vice President for Health Services who can oversee and manage medical programs and services at six health centers. The ideal candidate should support the organization's mission and lead transformative programs that can have a lasting impact on the community. The organization's primary focus is reproductive healthcare services.
 
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and President
 
Supervises: Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Educator, Director of Compliance, Quality and Risk Management
 
Duties: In collaboration with the Medical Director, this position is responsible for developing clinical programs, implementing medical policies, and maintaining clinical standards. This position also ensures compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and reporting requirements of the New Jersey Department of Health, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and the New Jersey Family Planning League. Additionally, this role includes hiring, training, evaluating clinical staff, overseeing quality assurance activities, and other related duties. The incumbent will lead the building, implementation, and oversight of all aspects of the organization's healthcare services and work closely with other executive leaders, such as finance, operations, development, and external affairs.

Qualification and Skills

    • Qualifications:  New Jersey Licensed Registered Nurse preferred. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership, Public Health, Health Administration and/or 10 years of relevant experience needed. Master’s Degree preferred.

    • Skills: We are looking for a skilled and experienced manager who can effectively manage budgets and grants while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of reproductive health and a proven record of accomplishment of transforming and growing an organization through strategic planning and effective implementation.  In addition, the candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and groups. They should be decisive and able to take action on critical issues to ensure the success of the medical programs.

$185,619 - $203,854 a year
