Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is seeking a qualified and suitable candidate to fill a full time 37.5hours/week Clinical Quality Coordinator position. This position has flexibility to be based out of Colchester VT, Manchester, NH or Portland, ME. If based in Maine or Vermont, the position would be represented but the MSEA union or AFT union respectively. This role will work collaboratively with Central Operations and Health Care Delivery teams to provide continuous quality improvements to patient care, ensure clinical regulatory compliance, and maintain clinical safety excellence for patients and staff. The range of pay for this position starts at $44,365/yr with potential to increase depending on experience.
 
The Clinical Quality Coordinator identifies & develops staff training opportunities, resources, tools & content as well as manages the health care topic audits processes, provides data summaries & analysis for clinical quality improvement as well as grant reporting. This position is also responsible for coordinating the annual audit schedule & audit processes and license/certificate renewals for clinical regulatory compliance, including OSHA, CLIA, and pharmacy systems. Other primary responsibilities include developing, updating & publishing PPNNE’s Laboratory Procedures & Infection Prevention Manual, Pharmacy protocols as well as managing the in-house laboratory processes and providing vaccine program management & support.
 
Preferred qualifications include experience with project management, clinical quality & clinical compliance, a strong grounding & commitment to team orientation, customer service and providing quality services to clients. Familiarity and/or the ability to become proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products as well as additional new systems desired.
