Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is seeking a Regional Advanced Practice Clinician (NP, PA, CNM) to join our Clinical staff to provide backup coverage and full service reproductive health care for women and men of all ages within the Southern Maine Region. This position will offer an average of 30 hours/week with the option to flex up. Clinical shifts that range from 3-5 shifts a week at various sites and hours.  Most shifts are 7-8 hours long plus travel. Most shifts are 7-8 hours long plus travel. Floating Practitioners will have the option to enroll in full time benefits as well as a shift pay differential of $4/hour on top of the base pay. Our regional practitioners perform all the duties of a PPNNE Advanced Practice Clinician while traveling and gaining experience at multiple sites. In addition to broad based knowledge of women’s health, clinical skills and experience, we require a commitment to customer service, flexibility, initiative, creative thinking and a willingness to learn. This position requires a flexible candidate be able to work and travel on an as-needed basis. Candidates should have proven success as a member of a team, be willing to participate in constant and ongoing feedback with colleague and be eager to work with a diverse population. Excellent counseling and teaching skills are also required. Candidates need to feel comfortable working solo in a small supportive team. Strong Computer skills and experience with EHR preferred. 
 
Qualifications include a Master’s degree & ME licensure, completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or CNM program, 1-3 yrs experience in women's health, full service reproductive health care for women and men and broad based clinical GYN knowledge and skills.
