The Purpose:
As the Senior Treasury Manager, Americas, you will be instrumental in strategically managing our
treasury operations across the Americas, including our Hubs in Mexico City and Sao Paulo. You
will cultivate key banking relationships, drive the development of value-added treasury services,
bankability of our products, and ensure robust financial controls and regulatory compliance,
directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our regional treasury function.
Your impact in this role:
- Directing the operational excellence of our treasury Hubs in Mexico City and Sao Paulo.
- Cultivating and leveraging strategic banking relationships throughout the Americas.
- Spearheading the creation and enhancement of value-added treasury services that drive business advantage.
- Architecting and deploying innovative treasury products aligned with bank capabilities and aimed at optimizing our portfolio.
- Leading and collaborating on critical projects with country managers to achieve strategic treasury goals.
- Building strong partnerships with banks and internal teams, acting as a proactive problem-solver and facilitator of collaboration.
- Providing strategic input to the selection of banking partners for key initiatives and expansions.
- Bridging business needs and treasury solutions through effective collaboration and requirements gathering.
- Establishing and upholding a strong control environment through the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory adherence.
What would make you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- High-level Hands-on mentality
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, banking, or finance
- Knowledge of institutional banking, capital markets, and/or corporate treasury.
- Proven experience in analyzing, building, and maintaining complex financial models in Excel
- Experience advanced user knowledge on Treasury Systems (i.e. FIS TRAX/Payment Hub & FIS Integrity)
