PPRO is growing rapidly and to support that growth we are looking for an experienced HR Support Officer to join our HR Operations Team. What will be your main mission? 
You love interacting with people and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You will be involved in a variety of duties around HR related queries., You will be part of our HR team, that is composed by 10 passionate HR professionals located in Munich, Luxembourg, London, Sao Paulo and Singapore. You will be located in Luxembourg, but your impact will be global. Next to working closely with the HR Operations team, you will be also cooperating with all departments within PPRO to make sure you have the relevant information to support a smooth on-boarding for newcomers, employees that are moving within the group and people leaving the organisation. You will also be the contact person for all employee related questions such as personal data changes, payroll and other relevant employee-related matters. 

This position will be a 12month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

    • Create employment contracts and other documents for our global locations (e.g. APAC, US, LATAM)
    • Partner with HR Generalist in regions and answer regional specific requests
    • Maintain and manage entire employee files and shared information platforms
    • Assist with policies, procedures, services, systems
    • General HR Administration
    • On and off-boarding of employees and support leavers through the exit process
    • Support and optimise safeguarding processes
    • Support HR payroll for inputs (hires, leavers, employment changes)
    • Participation in HR projects

Who you are

    • Extensive experience in HR administration
    • Good working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
    • Strong customer service focus - put the needs of our employees first
    • Experience working in an international environment
    • High level focus on quality, details and levels of accuracy
    • Experienced PC user (HR IS System)
    • Fluent in English, any other language an advantage but not a must
