The Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented individual for the Strategic Finance team at PPRO. As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will be responsible for providing leadership and other stakeholders in the business with valuable insights and recommendations that drive timely decisions, directly impacting the profitability of the business.

Your impact in this role:

    • Corporate Finance

    • Prepare monthly investor reports and assist in the development of board materials
    • Work closely with the accounting team during month-end closing, ensuring the accuracy of financials
    • Monthly OpEx reporting and business partnering with departments
    • Provide leadership with visibility into monthly business performance against budget
    • Develop and maintain financial models to generate valuable insights across the P&L
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support recommendations to senior management

    • Commercial

    • Partner with the EMEA commercial team to manage and analyse gross profit performance.
    • Take ownership of, and manage incentive schemes for our Account Management and Sales teams.
    • Support complex pricing strategies and deal structuring by providing detailed financial analyses and recommendations.
    • Support on budgeting and forecasting cycles.

What would make you a great fit:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required
    • Intermediate experience in SQL/Google BigQuery
    • Intermediate experience in Excel, with a basic understanding of financial modelling
    • At least 1 year of experience working as a data analyst, finance business partner,investment banking or FP&A role
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and distil ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
