The Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Administration Intern for a 4-month placement to assist our finance team. The primary focus of this role is to reconcile our accounts receivable and accounts payable balances within our Microsoft Dynamics system. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, contributing directly to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. You will be part of our Accounting team composed of other passionate accounting professionals located in London, Munich, Luxembourg, and São Paulo.
Your impact in this role:
- Manually review and analyse accounts receivable and accounts payable balances in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the reconciliation process.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all work performed.
What would make you a great fit:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
- Excel skills
- English and Portuguese speaking
- ERP experience - Microsoft Dynamics (Not mandatory)
