The Purpose:

Be the hero for our high-value clients and a guardian of our platform's reliability and security! As a 1st-Responder on our elite 32-person TechOps team, you'll be the frontline, ensuring they have a smooth and secure experience with our cutting-edge payment platform. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, master cool tools, and collaborate with experts across the company, including our security team, to resolve incidents and keep our systems safe. This is your launchpad for a successful career in fintech and security operations!

What you'll be doing:

    • Be the first line of defense: Troubleshoot technical issues and security incidents ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that our platform remains secure.
    • Master our monitoring tools: Use DataDog to proactively identify and resolve problems, keeping our platform running smoothly.
    • Collaborate with experts: Work with Engineering, Security, Product and Support teams to find solutions, improve our platform and respond to security events.
    • Become a product expert: Master PPRO's products and guide users with your knowledge while also contributing to the security of our systems.

You'll need to have:

Technologies you'll work with:

    • Monitoring tools and dashboards: DataDog
    • Programming languages: Java and Kotlin
    • Cloud-native systems: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
    • Event-driven architectures: SQS, SNS, Kinesis
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
