What you will be doing:

    • Contribute to the design of the Compliance Monitoring Programme,
    • Execute the Compliance Monitoring Programme by producing quality reviews,
    • Perform complex monitoring reviews across multiple functional areas at PPRO,
    • Monitor outsourced compliance activities between PPRO group companies,
    • Provide advice and guidance to the business and operations on necessary actions to achieve compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory obligations, addressing any issues arising from monitoring reviews,
    • Report to management on levels of compliance assurance (including KPI/KRIs and trend indicators), external provider performance and/or any issues arising from specific monitoring activity,
    • Share compliance expertise with the team, providing support, guidance and training when needed,
    • Continually improve compliance review systems and processes, with a focus on business service levels, productivity, efficiency and customer service.

You'll need to have:

    • University degree,
    • Good knowledge of FCA (UK) and CSSF (Luxembourg) regulations and obligations,
    • Experience in a Compliance or Audit role, ideally involving performing monitoring reviews,
    • Experience in payment industry field,
    • Able to manage and prioritise own workload,
    • Good written and oral communication skills,
    • English speaking.

Nice-to-have:

    • AML/CTF certification(s),
    • IT literacy and data analysis skills,
    • German and/or French speaking.
