PPRO is currently looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team in Munich. The FP&A team is part of the Financial department with 14 people spread over several locations worldwide. 

PPRO is maturing and scaling the business and supporting future growth and you will have an active role as a business partner who has a clear focus on the integration of tools into the reporting landscape and further development of various reports (shareholder report, management report, department reviews).

What will you be doing: 
As FP&A Analyst you will be involved in setting up, expanding and maintaining reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements. You play an active role in our short-, mid-, and long-term integrated financial planning. 

Other day-to-day tasks are:

    • Take over responsibility to support business development by creating and analysing business cases
    • Enhancing the existing reports (Tableau) and ensure business partnering with the department, identify target deviations and define corrective actions for forecasting
    • Ensure the reliability of data by supporting the monthly group reports with ongoing in-depth analysis of all accounting data to ensure completeness
    • Support the implementation of a new ERP system as well as further develop and improve our planning and reporting tools
    • Monthly Cash Flow preparation and analysis with a focus on an update of cash outlook on group level.

You’ll need to have:

    • Financial, Accounting and Controlling background
    • Experience in an Account and Controlling role
    • Experience working for a Consulting company would be a plus
    • Advanced Excel skills, high IT affinity and BI knowledge
    • Strong analytical and presentational skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets (BI software Tableau)
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
    • Project management skills
    • Broad understanding of the dynamics of the payments industry.
