What Is A Patient Greeter?
Patient Greeters welcome patients, their companions, and other visitors in and out of PPSAT health centers. They serve as a calm presence during protestor activity acting as a barrier between patients and protestors.
Our clinics with active Patient Greeting programs are:
North Carolina
- Asheville
- Chapel Hill
- Charlotte
South Carolina
- Charleston
- Columbia
Virginia
- Roanoke
The need for Patient Greeters varies depending on current volunteer participation and clinic schedules, but we welcome applications and will reach out if assistance is needed in your selected location.
