What is interesting about this job? 
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative assistance to our Talent Acquisitions team, ultimately, helping to keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.  They are an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team.  The Talent Acquisition Coordinator maintains databases with candidate information.  They build and maintains a relationship with new hires as the primary contact through all aspects of the pre-boarding process.

What You’ll Do:
Schedule follow-up interviews with candidates, perform reference checks, send offer letters, and assist in the launching and collection of onboarding paperwork. 
Assist in the screening and interviewing of entry level positions.
Maintain clinic shadowing calendar with Health Center Managers to assist in scheduling on-site candidate visits. 
Maintain current job postings externally, internally and via weekly staff emails. 
Manage employee referral bonus program by tracking incoming hires, their referral and scheduling bonus distribution. 
Manage shared Recruitment email inbox for applicants who have applied through external websites. 
Organize and maintain shared tools and documents such as tracking spreadsheets, internal position requisition and request to hire forms.
Assist in obtaining required approvals for requisition and hiring forms. 
Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts by managing the new employee check-in surveys.
Maintain and track survey results. Provide collected data to Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in trend analysis. 
Provide administrative support for the Chapel Hill office including incoming mail distribution, coordinating outgoing mail to post office, Fed Ex, and UPS, and maintaining inventory of office supplies for office.
Serve as the backup to the Organizational Development Administrative Coordinator to launch, review and track background checks and social media checks for new hires. 
Flexible Schedule: 
Monday through Friday working 40 hours per week from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.  Position works on-site and remotely.

This position's minimum pay rate is $22.05 per hour.  Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's experience and internal equity within the pay grade. PPSAT's compensation philosophy is based in equity and transparency. Built from data driven compensation studies, our positions are placed within a developed pay grade.
