About the Role
Planned Parenthood Southeast (PPSE) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Lead Clinician to serve as a cornerstone of our clinical leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend direct patient care with strategic leadership, shaping reproductive health services across Georgia. The Lead Clinician provides comprehensive health care—including family planning, abortion services, and primary care—while training, supervising, and mentoring clinical staff to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compassion.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, and LPNs.
Serve as a standing member of PPSE’s Compliance, Risk, and Quality Management Clinical Subcommittee.
Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and leadership teams to implement protocols, improve processes, and launch new services.
Drive clinical excellence through training, coaching, and ongoing technical assistance.
Represent clinical leadership at provider meetings, credentialing committees, and internal strategic forums.
Act as an EHR subject matter expert and support seamless clinic workflows.
Clinical Care
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered reproductive and primary health care at the top of licensure.
Conduct diagnostic testing, develop care plans, and ensure thorough documentation in PPSE’s EHR system.
Perform procedures such as LARC insertion/removal, colposcopies, biopsies, and abortion care in collaboration with physicians.
Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and PPSE Medical Standards and Guidelines.
Support smooth patient flow and clinic operations while maintaining high-quality care standards.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwifery, or Physician Assistant program.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Georgia, with willingness to expand licensure across PPSE’s footprint.
At least 5 years of clinical practice in Women’s Health, Family Planning, or Reproductive Health.
Proven leadership skills with experience training and supervising clinical staff.
Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license (required).
Ability to travel frequently (25-50%) across Georgia.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000
