SALARY RANGE: $95K - $105K

LOCATION: Hybrid - Greater Atlanta Area

SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team, responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with the overall organizational goals. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR Partnership

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and align HR strategies accordingly.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with department heads and managers to proactively address HR needs.

Performance Management

    • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
    • Provide guidance and training to managers on performance-related matters.

Employee Relations

    • Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to employees and managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and a respectful workplace culture.

Coaching and Development

    • Provide coaching and support to managers on effective leadership practices, performance management, and employee development.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and develop and deliver training programs as needed.
    • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

Organizational Development

    • Identify and address skill gaps and development needs within the organization.
    • Partner with Managers and Training in creating and implementing training and development programs.

HR Policy and Compliance

    • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistent with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to ensure compliance.

Change Management

    • Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management strategies.

Employee Engagement

    • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Implement and oversee employee recognition and retention programs.
    • Other duties as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience leading organizations through successful accreditation processes, bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field OR Equivalent Experience HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
    • 5 years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role including Employee Relations.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset.

    • English required; some Spanish speaking skills preferred.
